B) For East Malaysia
2) We will send you an e-mail within 24 hours confirming your order includes tracking numbers
When The Item Is Shipped Out From Our Premises.
3) Shipped out at the same or next working day (Monday to Friday), delivery is usually the next working day after posting requires 3 to 7 working days for delivery. Delivery time may be longer during long holidays like Hari Raya or C.N.Y
Refund Policy
1) All products sold are not returnable or refund.
2) All products sold will have a 30 days warranty for outsole only policy ( For Manufacturing Defects Only)
Warranty covered for outsole opened or damaged only ( Not Cover For Shoe Upper)
– We will not ship replacement merchandise until receipt or damaged / Defective item with printed receipt; As proof of purchase, and we will cover shipping fee for replacement or repair product with 14 days.
Cancellation Policy

2) A 50% restocking fee will be charged to cancellation for products that have been shipped out; All products, if there is any dispute, the company will be at the final decision.
